Returns & Exchange

We at value our relationship with you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore we will accept merchandise (with certain exclusions) on domestic orders for return within 14 days from the date that you have received the order. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:
If the item is defective, we will exchange it for you within the first thirty days. The items we sell come with the manufacturers warranty. Should the item be defective after the first 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for refund or exchange. 

Damage Returns:
Our shipping team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT, please contact our returns department at immediately who will, in turn, instruct you as to the proper procedure.

Other Returns:
Shipment of product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at and tell us your concerns.  We may make every effort to satisfy your purchase.
In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order after completing the on-line exchange form, or return any item for credit up to fourteen days from original purchase date, for a full refund less shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns which  are not received in the original factory condition the item was received.

To return items follow the instructions below:

  1. Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form for a return authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued and RA#'s are valid for ten days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box.

  2. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material,  warranty cards (not filled-out) and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns.

Upon receipt and inspection of goods, will credit your original credit card account.
